The Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System (IFHRMS) is a web-based application that is used by the Government of Tamil Nadu to manage the financial and human resources of its employees. IFHRMS was launched in 2012 and is currently used by over 1 million employees in the state.
To log in to IFHRMS, you will need your user ID and password. Your user ID is your employee ID and your password is the one that you created when you first registered for IFHRMS. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the instructions on the IFHRMS website.
Once you have logged in to IFHRMS, you will be able to access a variety of features, including:
- Your payslip
- Your leave balance
- Your performance appraisal
- Your training records
- Your medical history
- Your pension information
You can download your payslip from IFHRMS by following these steps:
- Log in to IFHRMS.
- Click on the “Payslip” tab.
- Select the month and year for which you want to download your payslip.
- Click on the “Download” button.
Your payslip will be downloaded as a PDF file. You can open the PDF file and view your payslip
